Ball & Young’s Cloud 9 underlay has received recognition as the Underlay Product of the Year in the CFJ Flooring Industry Awards this month.

The Cloud 9 range is widely acknowledged within the industry as the best underlay on the market so there was little surprise when Ball & Young took the top prize in the underlay category.

The range includes a wide variety of different types of flooring underlay, including products which are flame retardant and those specifically designed for heightened soundproofing.

Ball & Young underlay is manufactured in the UK and the products are market leaders in this country as well as across Europe.

The company was founded in 1983 and underlays produced by Ball & Young are synonymous with high quality and a luxury feel.

The award-winning Cloud 9 collection was designed and launched in 1995 and since then the range has expanded in to a comprehensive selection of products.

Quickly achieving awards and accolades the underlay is as popular today as it was when it was launched and this latest award from the Contract Flooring Journal’s Industry Awards shows the products are as good as ever.
